We award scholarships based on a student’s academic merit (high school average or transfer GPA), student type (freshman or Transfer), and country of permanent residence

Eligibility Requirements
- Superior academic achievement as evidenced by high school grades, college/university grades, and/or results on nationally standardized exams.
- Freshman applicants are strongly encouraged to proved SAT or ACT results.
- Must submit evidence of English language proficiency (for example, TOEFL, IELTS, completion of recognized ESL program).
- Only accepted applicants enrolling full-time at SUNY Plattsburgh are eligible for consideration.
