SUNY Plattsburgh offers scholarships to each accepted international student. We award scholarships based on a student’s academic merit (high school average or transfer GPA), student type (freshman or Transfer), and country of permanent residence

Eligibility Requirements

Superior academic achievement as evidenced by high school grades, college/university grades, and/or results on nationally standardized exams.
Freshman applicants are strongly encouraged to proved SAT or ACT results.
Must submit evidence of English language proficiency (for example, TOEFL, IELTS, completion of recognized ESL program).
Only accepted applicants enrolling full-time at SUNY Plattsburgh are eligible for consideration.
