Eligibility Requirements
- Must be an international student completing studies at a U.S. high school, U.S. community college, or foreign high school.
- Must be an international student transferring from a foreign university.
- Academic requirements may include standardized tests, such as TOEFL, IELTS, or SAT in addition to high school and/or university transcripts.
