Description
The university of Wisconsin-Superior seeks to promote diversity on its campus. To this end, the university has established the Non-Resident Tuition Waiver (NTW) Program, which grants qualified non-resident degree seeking students a partial waiver on their non-resident tuition expenses. Through NTW Awards, the University hopes to make the cost of studying at UW-Superior affordable to a wider range of students from diverse backgrounds. Both undergraduate and graduate international students may apply for NTW Awards.

ELIGIBLITY REQUIREMENTS
- International students who are admitted to UW-Superior are eligible for NTW Awards of $5500. More than 90% of admitted international students receive the award.
- NTW Scholar Awards of $7500 are offered to students using the following criteria: 1) academic merit; 2) potential contribution to campus diversity; 3) personal essay/letters of recommendation; 4) financial need.
APPLICATION INFORMATION
- Award Deadline:July 1
- Instructions:All students who apply for admission and submit an NTW application will be considered for an award. Students may receive either the NTW Award or the NTW scholar Award, but not both.
